      IHC are delighted to be partnering with Jump People Solutions Limited to offer this 'mini' seminar, 'Balance' which is an opportunity to discuss Mental Wellbeing and how it can impact on all of us, whether as an employee or employer.  We will be looking at how the building blocks can be put into place by incorporating a fit for purpose approach to employee benefits, health screening and holistic preventative measures such as psychotherapy and mindfulness. Our speakers for this event are: Gemma Milford - Independent Health Consultant - IHC Gemma Milford looks after a substantial portfolio of UK and Offshore clients, specialising in employee wellbeing solutions. Whilst the focus of Gemma’s work is advising on private medical insurance schemes, Gemma works with clients to provide a wider range of health and wellbeing benefits to include dental insurance, health screening and cash plans, and employee assistance programmes. With a diverse and unique portfolio to include Offshore Islands, Gemma is proud to be able to offer a unique insight and advice on the different needs and requirements of offshore health insurance. Gemma enjoys building strong professional relationships with her clients to ensure that IHC’s advice and benefit solutions remain fresh, independent and tailored to each client’s needs. Jayne Coppin FCIPD - Managing Director, Jump People Solutions Limited Jump People Solutions is a HR Consultancy business that was set up in July 2017 by Jayne Coppin, designed to provide HR support to small and medium sized businesses in Jersey. For the past few years he has worked in the UK as a Health and Wellbeing Physiologist, providing Health Assessments, Mini Health Checks and Health and Wellbeing Presentations for Corporate Companies. These services include Health Assessments, Onsite Mini Health Checks and Health and Wellbeing Presentations/Seminars.
